I have experience in that.. friends mom...
So basically you need to be around them a lot

They are actually not tough nuts to crack , cause they are not having male presence/contact for long and are probably thirsty for it..

So depends on how close you two are already.. if you two are already know each other.. try to bring random physical contacts somehow..
Like a random hugs or something which would look normal..
This would make them feel the contact with your male body and arouse their hidden thirst..
Always be around.. tease her or compliment her.. this way you will always be in her thoughts and also your physical touches

As things get closer.. do more physical stuff.. and start making opportunities to be with her alone
I would go to her home making up some reason as soon as I knew by friend was out.. and spend quality time with her..

Ask her about the previous relation and stuff and somehow get her a bit sad and emotional...

This is the main move.. when she talks to you about sad stuff.. she would get sad..
This is when you must reach out and hold her handin a really cute caring way and comfort her..
In my case, when I did this.. she started crying..
If you are lucky this happens.. try your best to initiate a hug which would most likely happen

Hug her close and make her feel the warmth (Wear tight clothes, like a thick jacket over a shirt )
Let her head rest on you chest while she cries with your one hand sliding on her back and other patting her back of the head

It is important to note that you must be so appealing and cool when this happens...
That is, you are dressed and groomed well with a sexy smelling perfume and fresh breath..

It is not neccesary that you will have chance to have sex here.. but the chance of it happening in near future would rise 100x up after this incident

Then just continue this same procees of being in physical and mental touch with her and doing things to make her feel good about you

Then you got to give it a shot on one cold pr rain morning/ night... ( Given that she is alone at home)
Have a shower to clean your whole body well , apply gel on your hair to look sexy and apply good smelling creams all over you...
Wear, as said earlier a thick jacket over a shirt , tight jeans and socks and shoes..
Apply a super sexy smelling perfume all over you and brush super well and chew a lot of toothpaste to have a fresh cool breath

Make some excuse to go to her home
The cold/ rainy weather and your sexy dress and smell would of course create a lot of sexual tension

So just keep trying to increase the sexual tension by flirting with her , teasing her and with sweet words and compliments
And try giving a light physical touch in a sexy way in a not too creepy manner...

I did all that and I could feel the tension...
Then what I did was to make up a sad story about my dog passing away and make it sound so emotional that made her say " Aww.. I am sorry" and come touch me to comfort me...
And the hug did the thing for me and things escalated from there...
She hugged me with my face in her stomach.. and she was kind of squeezing it harder towards her and I Could feel the urge.. so I went for a kiss in her belly and things went down!!!
