Work and creepy boss?

So I can’t really tell what type of man my manager is because I can’t really tell when he’s joking from when he is serious to whatever but yesterday during a group meeting, he had his eyes on me all the time like he was speaking to me directly, but it was a group meeting him what he was saying didn’t apply to me because you know I don’t constantly being on my phone and I don’t work with AirPods in my ears so these things don’t wanna plan it to me so I’m kind of confused why do you have your eyes on me?

PS he slept with a 19-year-old and she was standing in front of him in the meeting but it’s like he was directly talking to me but none of those things apply to me that he was sayin

I once had a manager who used to look at someone else when he was talking to me. I think it's because he was too insecure and too much of a coward to make contact with people while he was trying to "manage" them.

Well, everything that I do he always has to come and correct it or show off in some type of matter and then when it came to the meeting, like I mentioned, his eyes is always on me. He listens into my other conversations that I have on my coworkers it’s a bit creepy like what the hell do you want?
