How would ask your crush for their phone number without obviously showing them that you like them?

ok, me and this guy are friends and I had this crush on him for a while, I do know he flirts with me but I don't know if he would actually go out with me. we olnly see each other once a day and that's at school, but I still want to talk to him after that so how can I ask him for his phone number without implying I like him or how could I drop some hints that I want it?

we are aslo friends on Facebook but I raely see him online and I when I want to chat I also get so nervous and don't know waht to say please help!

You could try talking to people that have his number and surprise text him, so he won't know who you are. Then depending on how open he is you may have an in depth conversation or a limited one but still a conversation.

lol, people give me their number without asking, but yeah I would, just so that I could have theirs.. theoretically that is... because I'm so ghetto that I don't have a phone
