For about 6 months me and my boss got really close and it felt like we had a real connection. We would chat, flirt and he would message me outside of work.

Due to holidays and working away, we didn't see eachother for about 6 weeks and had limited conntact and now we are back in the same office again and it feels like things have massively cooled down and he just treats me like another everyone else.

Im just sad about it. Do you think things are "over" between us or will things pick up again?
