i got a new boss a few weeks ago.

i just shaved my head as the long hair made me hot were talking & she said not sure if i like you with no hair or long hair.

i said i have been told by women i look better with long hair she was like i dont know i will have to see it between stages.

I don't think she's necessarily hitting on you, she might just be making a statement on you having long hair vs short. However with her being your boss she probably shouldn't be making statements about your appearance like that. It's not professional at all.

Sound like your boss is a flirty type. I would not say she is attracted yet. The watching you grow your hair back out is about the amount of time that she will need to make her like or dislike decision. So be a very mature boy and hard and pleasing Worker.
