Is my boss hitting on me?

I get discriminated against a lot because I'm pretty. Esp at work. I recently began working for a small new company selling insurance. No salary just comm. the head mgr seemed to kind of just like me from the beginning tho he's married. Ever since I began working there it's been a bad environment. People are rude mean condescending. I'm young beautiful smart the others are older weird rude or dumb. They kind of collectively bully me. The asst manager started being rude to me too. He's rude and sometimes nice. All the men are turned on by me and the IT guy bordered on sexual harassment and was creepy.

When I got hired doing paperwork the two managers flocked around me and one touched my shoulder the other my hand like they were turned on. Now the asst managers a jerk and mean to me but the head manager is ok however I was there later and he was almost semi hitting on me but just super turned on almost wanting to touch me. The sexual tension was so strong I cudnt think. He also takes my customers and sells them for me rather than letting me sell which is weird. He texts me too. Now he's telling me that since I'm only there part time I shud consider working as an outside agent but. Most agents don't even show up and now that I missed one day I'm being kind of threatened. One man wasn't there for four days and no one cared. One hasn't been there 8 days. We can go when we want. They're discriminating against me is it because I'm pretty and they're trying to break me or get me to quit? The asst mgr said the same crap to me. Then I asked and everyone said u can be there when u want. I guess the thing is. Why are they mistreating me because I'm pretty. Are they trying to break me and wtf is going through their heads? They even thought it was funny when the IT guy kind of freaked me out. And everytime any man is around he's breathing heavy turned on. My mgr also I think hoped aomething would happen between us days ago and it didn't. Is that why he's saying this

I guess the thing is why are they being so mean to me. If they're so turned on by me too y r they discriminating against me. Why is my mgr now threatening me but not others. When I got a sale everyone got jealous there r just five people that show up now and the asst mgr is mad I got a sale too. It's like they're all jealous and being rude to me and others can miss 4 days and if I miss a day now there r stipulations being put on me. Also my mgr is selling all my people

My boss hit on me aggressively today. Others even noticed. Then his wife came in later. He said while his wife was there and I like u a lot. To me. Creepy. His wife may have even heard. Others torally noticed his behavior and he lost a customer on purpose and didn't care ie my customer. How do I react to this creep

U need to quit, this is clearly a case of sexual harassment and is what we call predatory behavior
I dont know how you look or dress but im sure you are way too exotic for those grumpy old men there and they can't take it, there frustration is increasing day by day because you dont seem interested in any of them and they badly want you. If you can't quit then you need to find HR and file a complaint asap or you will end up in a mess that would be really ugly

Its a basic reflex in men that when we dont get something we get upset, biologically we are programmed to hate the things we dont get (just to clear the air, its something natural but that doesn't mean all men show it or will go nuts if they dont get something). How did i know you are exotic well u mentioned 4 different men, at 4 different positions in your office which means that they all have 4 different types of personalities and the only way those 4 will team up against you will be if you are exceptionally good looking (Makes me want to see you now actually lol)

Wow. That's true and thanks for enlightening someone like me who has no clue. I just don't get the mentality- if they want a girl why are they so angry and mean? But the thing is none of them have truly asked me out just have done all the strange gestures. I can't believe that men team up on good looking women I mean that is my life but it makes no sense but if another male says so then of course wow. It's so strange how they act and all the games lies. Now it makes sense because something similar happened at a position before this in Insurance with a manager but he was the only crazy one the co workers were ok. He too hit on me and I didn't reciprocate and he treated me horribly for the last month and forced me to quit because of his abuse.

It's so true as I'm scared the IT guy was going to do something to me with the way he was acting which was scary. The rest of them just jerks but thanks for ur insight coming from an intelligent insightful male :)

Most men are disgusted even by the thought of doing something like this, yes we do have crushes and sometimes the crushes are extreme (i remember this one girl from 8 years ago who i m gaga for till date but never actually got the courage to even talk to her she's just too pretty) but then there comes the creeps, the ones who dont exactly know where to draw a line and the reason they are treating you badly is because they just want you sexually, its not like any of them would want to take you out on a dinner or treat you as a person but they all believe that you are piece of meat that they should get. Its sick but thats how some people are, ill advise you to leave the job but if you can't then you should at least talk to someone in authority so that they can be kept on a leash

Ahaha too bad I'm married because I am also a geek in the Information Technology world, but I am so into fitness I was in the Army 6 years, I ran a marathon, I work out 6 days a week, eat really healthy and am training for a full triathlon.
You can't expect him to change his lifestyle overnight, but he may be willing to try if you casually bring it up to him

To me you sound a bit self-centered. Your long text is all about "everybody is rude to me because Im so snart and pretty they are jealous and they are turned on by me". Which sounds implausible.

I believe if they are rude, its because of something else than your looks. How are they threatening you or rude?

We just started the job and uh no. I'm doing better than anyone there actually. Most of the people don't even come to work I stated that in my post. They mistreat me cuz I'm smarter because I am and know more than them and have more experience. They're all kind of slow and stupid but are collectively bullying me trying to make me feel inferior or stupid

Im not giving you any attitude. I just gave other options and questioned the story because it sounds absurd. I wasn't there soI can't be sure about anything but often there is more to the story. Maybe they are tougher on you because you are new? Are you sure some of the people just come and go, or have they talked to manager beforehand?

What you say might me the truth but I often think about other options. Remember that you don't know for sure why they are more rude towards you. You just believe its because of your intelligence and beauty

I can't even force myself to read the second half. LEAVE THAT JOB PLEASE... No one should put up with unnecessary bullshit in a job at all. It anything bothers you leave. There are better workplaces that. And you should report those people!!

You really got ot leave or file a complaint making sure it's followed; what you are going is called sexual harassment in the workplace. The usually targets are new women workers and are more easily targeted in a male dominated work place. It's because your new, pretty, a woman, and more successful then them that they are doing this and this.
