Alright, so I feel like I’m really socially awkward even tho I’m probably not, but regardless that makes my self confidence plumit whenever talking to someone I’m trying to impress.
I’m not looking for the whole “just be confident and listen” thing I’m asking for specific ways to be better at talking to girls in a smoother, more likable manner.
Firstly, you want to make sure not to shower, brush your teeth, or wear descent clothes. Otherwise, you'll stick out like a sore thumb. Blend with your surroundings in a dirty-ass black T-shirt that smells like french fry grease. Now that you look normal, you want to stare them down for a few minutes like they're prey. Women are very intuitive, so this stare-down will them know that you're not just interested in having a personal servant to do your laundry for you but that you are into some freaky shit. Make sure not to smile. Then proceed towards them, with a very serious look in your eyes, like a cop getting ready to handcuff her, and make a comment about their anatomy. This is called the Boobslayer approach. Let them know how much you appreciate their honkers or gazoongas straight away, so there's no question you want to squeeze her delicious melons. In fact, look her down from head to do, front to back, and make sure she knows that you're imagining what you'd do with her delicious ass if she was tied to a restraining device. Finally, make sure to show her a promotional video on your phone before asking for her number, like this video I call "Heroic Cooming" produced by @ro-sterbreast. #BoobSlayerApproach
No one here will be able to give you words to make you better at flirting.
What I can suggest is this don’t care what people think. Talk to a girl like you don’t care if she is interested in you or not. Don’t lie but compliment her on what is real…. Nice hair, pretty face… whatever is real.
What makes you awkward is you try too hard to impress. This will take practice. Flirt with everyone, see what works and what doesn’t.
Flip your focus from yourself on to them so.. Instead of trying to impress them instead try to get to know them. Instead of being worried wondering if they will like you, wonder if you'll like them and so on.
You're under 18 so still going to school. Maybe be a study partner, then ease into talking about other stuff like favorite things such as hobbies or the goings on of your hometown.

Interesting conversations come from knowing a lot of different things. Most people who aren't worldly traveled or don't watch the news can't really speak to a wide range of topics. That limits people and makes them insecure. The more you know the more confident you become in starting conversations about anything that is happening in the world.
Flirting is cheesy at the best of times. Learn to hold meaningful conversations.
