Oh yeah it definitely does. It sounds to me like he likes you aswell and you should probably ask him out. This isn't always the case a men and women can have platonic relationship and friends do tease one another but from the sounds off it you're both making excuses to interact with each other again and again so I'd say he has a crush on you too.
