My ex and I broke up a year and a half ago & we had texted a good bit in between then as friends. we just started working together and haven’t seen each other in a while, we were both glad to see eachother but while we were working he would playfully tease me about certain things several times and it felt kinda flirty which is weird bc I think he has a girlfriend i just haven’t asked. what do you guys think?

Sounds flirtatious. Playful teasing can be platonic or flirtatious, but given that you guys have dated in the past it’s probably the latter.
