I playfully tease girls quite a bit. Mostly is a friendly thing. I tease them here and there and then move on. There is this girl with whom I can't seem to stop. I tease her and she teases me all the time, everyday and we have a blast. She doesn't do it with anybody else so I wonder where does friendly teasing stops and flirting starts?

I don't know how clear that is to others, and this might be me-specific. But I tease my friends quite a bit. All of them (lightly, and they join in). But there's this one friend I'm interested in, and my teasing for him has a degree of seriousness to it.

In this case, we are only annoying each other and hardly go around teasing people heavily, even if they are friends. Its kind of a routine we share with each other.
