Here's how I'd see each one:

1. The cashier smiling could just be being friendly since it's her job to be nice to customers. Unless she like specifically only smiles at you and not others, I wouldn't read too much into it.

2. Saying see you later and touching your back seems more flirty to me. Like she's finding an excuse to touch you even in a casual way.

3. Liking all your Instagram pics could be showing interest, like she's trying to get your attention. Or it could just be being friendly, hard to say for sure from that alone.

4. Calling you "boo" as a nickname, that one sounds pretty flirty/cute to me. Like a little pet name that shows she sees you as more than a friend. Unless it's just how she talks to everyone I think that one implies she likes you.

Overall it's hard to say for 100% certain without knowing the full context. But 2 and 4 seem more clearly like showing possible interest compared to 1 and 3 on their own. You'd have to get a sense of how she acts around other people too to know for sure.

definitely liking the pictures on Instagram lol. When I was a teen the way you would show you were interested in someone was by liking their pics on instagram. Especially liking old pics. Then they would like yours back and that’s the sign to hit up their dms.
