I think a good response would be something playful that acknowledges the compliment but doesn't necessarily give too much away.

How about: "Thanks! I've been working on it ;)" And then maybe follow up with asking him a question, like where does he like to work out or what are his favorite exercises. That continues the conversation and shows your interest too.

Another option is just saying something cute and sassy like "My momma always said it's god-given!" while smiling or batting your eyelashes. Let him know you think he's funny. Or you could tease him right back, something like "Nice pickup line, where'd you find that one?" with a laugh.
