Like when a guy spills liquid on his shirt or pants, can a girl run up to him with a napkin and start dabbing to dry it up? Or is that flirting technique only effective on women? Would a guy feel uncomfortable if a girl did that to them?
If a girl spilled something on her I know I would love using a napkin to help clean her off but then knowing my luck I would be called a pervert or worse be accused of Sexual Harassment or something lol. If I spilled on myself though and a girl wanted to clean me with a napkin I wouldn’t care in fact I would probably like that lol
I wouldn't feel uncomfortable more embarrassed that I spilled something on me. For me personally I would be oblivious that it meant anything at all. I would assume you are being nice.

The trick is in the conversation you strike up. If you try this move, you need to keep in mind the guy is probably already embarrassed he made a mess of himself, especially if he likes you. Use this moment to take charge. While helping him, stroke his ego a bit and make it clear you like him.
LMAO. I've actually had this happen to me. In my case, I was at a bar. I had my eye on this girl and she had hers on me, but I guess neither of us had the courage yet to make a move. Some jackasses also had the idea of hitting on her. They confronted me and decided to slap my beer out of my hand. I dodged it. He then decided to try to hit me. I dropped my beer and spilled it all over myself as I hit him.
She came right up to me and started cleaning me up. As she did, she made sure to strike conversation with me. During the conversation, she stopped suddenly and said we should get out of here before the bouncers arrive. She wrote her number down and we both left. We actually ended up going on a few dates.
People actually do that? I thought that shtick was reserved for Hollywood rom-coms.

I would say yes. Also just talk to guys about anything that appears to interest them. Work when I am approached.
