Is it common for guys to do this to their girl friends?

So i have a few guys in my friend group and two of them likes to smell the girls’ hair and they’d get hooked on the smell because we use different shampoo/hair vitamin/hair perfume everyday. They’ll ask to touch our hair before they bring it to their face to smell it, funny is when they kind of take a deep long breath in our hair 😂

Then they usually ask, why is it smell so good when we’ve been out the whole day. I never met guys like this before them. Do other guys usually do this too? Or do they keep it secret?

If they are young guys I guess they are flirting but I never had guys do that to me...
in high school I did have guys touch my hair but never smell it 😂

They might do it because you are all really close and they like the smell or they could like you.. don't know...
