Do guy’s let their friend date someone they use to mess with? If it wasn’t serious to the guy. Or does this break the “Bro Code”.

"Bro Code" means if they were in a serious relationship, you either don't pursue her or you ask the guy first - and expect a "leave her alone" answer.

If their relationship was casual, you still ask, but you're much more likely to get an "I don't care, do whatever you want" answer from the guy.

It depends on how they feel about the person if they still have feelings they wouldn't like it but if they severed the relationship and harbor no feeling for her they don't care
