Do guys tease their friends about the girl they like?

What reasons would a guy's buddy tease him about a girl liking him or a girl they like?

A little bit of good natured teasing will always be something guy friends will do about anything, be it about our ability to throw a football or our choice in girls. It isn't catty like what some girls do though for the most part. Men are more chilled out in who their male friends date. We care a little bit, but not that much. There are the occasional guys out there that cross the line and actually make mean or untruthful comments about their buddy's girl, which should be called out on by the group.

I never did. If you can find love, then everyone's fair game (except of course, mind the age gap if you're 18+ and your girlfriend/boyfriend is underage. Other than that, if two (or more, who knows?) people like each other it's a hell of a lot better than them hating each other. The more power to them.

it's one of the top subjects of conversation between guys actually. We can start by teasing and if someone really wants to open up and talk about a situation, but are hesitant to bring it up on their own, this is their chance to vent or ask for advice from their friend.

If they're in high school. I don't think teasing a girl after you've grown is a mature nor good thing to do. Maybe as a type of flirting yeah, but not excessively.
