I think it’s just natural to them. Sometimes their friendliness comes off as flirtatious but really they’re just being nice and chatty. But those flirty people who lead people on purpose are just mean and cruel.

Although I am married, my best friend’s brother casually flirts with me. We know each other since high school way before I met my husband. I like him a lot, but he never asked me out. Now that I am married, he casually flirts with me. He knows he is my weakest. I still have feelings for him.

To me, the term 'casual flirt' denotes someone, usually a woman, who enjoys getting others turned on and then simply leaving them to suffer with the after effects of unfulfilled sexual arousal. In other words, a classic prick tease who has neither empathy nor compassion for her hapless victims. Sounds like my kind of woman 😘👣
