A coworker is flirting with me?

Hello guys!

So, I was at a small BBQ event with our team at work, and I had many weird scenarios with one coworker. (jfyi: I'm 24, she is 28); upon arriving, she hugged me like any other coworker, but then she requested to take a picture with me while putting her hand on my shoulder (happened twice).

After that, when really bad music started, she saw my annoyance and started singing and dancing in front of me (0.5 feet away). She also made a few comments like "I've never kissed anyone" and "With me, it's different" when talking about a vacation she went on with her friends.

I'm confused and would like your lovely help to translate this. THANKS!

What's the purpose to ask the same question within 20 minutes of each other? What are you expecting by doing that kind of thing?
