me & this guy i’ve been around have mutual friends are talking on snapchat so far & he told me that he’ll give me all the kisses in the world & more since he wanted to see me before he leaves for a wedding in 2 days. He hasn’t been sexual with me yet & he’s tipsy so i think he’s just sorta drunk talking & maybe im taking things a little far lol but I asked him what he meant & he said what you think & I told him “if it’s what I think it is then i don’t rock like that” & he just sent a picture of him with alcohol & a quick video of him with his buddies lol.

Hmm from the context it seems like he was trying to flirt with you or come on to you romantically since he said he'd give you "all the kisses in the world". Based on saying that plus being tipsy at the time, I'd say he was hinting at wanting to kiss you a lot or possibly more than that.

The fact that he didn't directly say what he meant and just replied "what you think" when you asked, shows he was kind of dancing around actually saying he wanted to hook up or whatever before leaving for the wedding. The drunkness was probably giving him liquid courage to be more forward than usual.

Since he didn't clarify and just sent a random pic/video after, seems like maybe he realized he came on a bit strong and was trying to backtrack or play it off as a joke. I think you responded well by making it clear you're not interested in anything physical at this point.

As long as he respects your boundary now it should be fine. But I'd be a little cautious, make sure he doesn't keep trying to push anything on you when you've said you don't want to go there yet. His behavior seems kind of iffy so just be careful moving forward!
