Why do guys ignore me after hooking up?

I just started college recently and I've hooked up with a couple guys already (not sex, I haven't gone further than hand job/fingering with anyone), but ever since, every single guy has ignored me. I've texted a couple and they just don't respond. The ones I've seen in person have pretended not to see me. Why? Why do all guys do that? What's wrong with being friends with a girl after hooking up with her? I'm not gonna become clingy or anything lol, I'm not looking for a relationship. It just really bothers me cause I have no guy friends and I want some, cause guys are so much more chill than girls, but I don't know what to do if they all just ignore me.

can you please explain to me how in the world are you going to get a boyfriend when you've hooked up with '' a couple of guys'' and you've ''just started college''. if you're going to let every guy in college finger you then I don't think you'll find any decent guy who would want to be your boyfriend , I think you should value yourself more and have a bit more dignity , this may sound horrible but I'm straight forward this isn't going to work
