The last two definitely are. The others could be someone just being nice, but also could be a very passive way to show interest. Depends on the situation.
Yeah, the first one was from a woman that I hadn't seen or interacted with for a while, I had said it on my story, I didn't say directly it to her, I didn't even know that she watched me on that platform. I always thought smile more was like a backhanded compliment, especially from someone who doesn't know you, and the third one I had said on my story, and the response was a from a person that I don't talk to in person, so I assumed it was an assumption, based on our social media interactions, and what I post.
I don't even know what the hell "shooting their shot" even means.
All of those are various levels of disgusting behaviour.
