Hi! So my coworker is this hot funny guy and we always laugh easily together and I noticed sometimes when we laugh he will lean into me and press his whole arm into mine. He’s pretty sassy and will laugh a lot w other coworkers he’s been there years so have they im newer but i noticed he doesn’t have a nickname for anyone else except this older lady we work w who’s super sweet and also he doesn’t touch anyone when he laughs but he gets physically closer to me than anyone else.
One time I went up to him to ask for mint (we work in food service) and he asked what can I do for you mi amor? And he laughed at something I did the other day and said “you’re silly” with a huge grin, not sure if this was him flirting?
I swear I feel sexual tension like his eyes dilate when he talks to me and he makes strong eye contact and I get the vibe sometimes he’s also fantasizing about naughty things like taking me home after work and bending me over. Like it’s just the vibe I feel. BUT the other day he pointed out this girl who came in to dine who he said was stunning, he was like “look at her” not saying we look alike she’s skinnier but I have huger boobs but she was cute and I made some comment like yes she’s pretty. But couldn’t help but notice she’s also a white girl w dark brunette/similar eyebrows and features. Does that mean he isn't into me or does it sound like he is?

He’s more than flirting, he's subtly seducing you. Where he is talking about another female, is trying to put you in the mindset of wondering why this guy looking at this other female, when you right there, which starts to put you into chase mode and competing for his attention instead of other females (the ones with no name, randoms). A lot of the rest is he's showing his social skills, because women like to see a guy to be able to interact with others. Id say most of its normal behavior between a man and woman initiation and escalation. 80% Normal 20% unnecessary but nothing id say is red flag cringe creepy behavior.


Ultimately it would come down to what his intentions are and what interactions/expectations are you looking for. If he just wants to hit and you want a F buddy, or your wanting more and he just wants to hit, vice versa or the uno reversal draw four.

It sounds to me like he's into you for sure. Just because he was checking out a customer doesn't mean he's not into you too. You two aren't dating, at least not yet, so there's no reason to expect his eyes to only be on you.

He hasn’t like called me hot at work or anything but we’re at work lol and it’s kind of a fancy place sometimes it’s hard to tell if he’s flirting or just being his sassy self but the other day he was making a drink and muddling mint aggressively and I joked about him having anger and he jokingly said I wonder who made me that way and I like posed with my hands under my chin and flashed a smile and he instantly smiled. But is him calling me silly cute or am I nuts and reading into it?

Like I said, it sounds like he's into you. Flirting with a coworker can easily get a guy into a whole lot of trouble, so chances are he's just being safe about it.
