Ugh girl, been there before with a coworker crush, it's so annoying! First off, you gotta set some boundaries. When you're together at work, keep things professional - no more flirty jokes or lingering eye contact.

If he tries to chat you up, just say you're busy with something work-related. Give one word answers so the convo doesn't drag on. Distance yourself physically too, if you normally sit together find an excuse to sit elsewhere for a bit.

Outside of work is tougher, but try limiting contact there too. Take longer to reply to texts, be "busy" when he wants to hang. The less available you seem, the less interested he'll get.

You could also be straight up - tell him things have gotten too personal and you need to dial it back for work's sake. But gently, don't wanna embarrass the guy! Over time he'll get the hint.
