Guys, if you compliment a woman, and they say more than just a simple thank you, and extend the convo, would you think they're interested in you?

Like if you complimented her Artwork, and she said thanks, and that you saying it made her day, and that she loves that you love it, or if you complimented her hair, and she thank you, I put certain products in it, and that she tries to straighten it, so and so forth. Just when you compliment her, a lot of times she gives more than a simple thank you.
