That’s not always the case. I look away when they look at me cause I’ve always been shy and immediately get nervous when the guy looks back at me. With that said, there have been times when I find a guy attractive, while walking on the street, and I don’t smile because I get slightly nervous but definitely shy so I don’t dare to smile at him lol.
But we women also have the habit of wanting men to figure out that we like them by just looking at them lol instead of being honest and direct, and then we get mad when he doesn’t do anything or goes for someone else (because common sense says he didn’t notice).

Not necessarily. Maybe we're that kind of woman that won't show it even if we're attracted to a guy especially in a professional setting unless of course there's such a strong connection that we can't hide it.
