You might have an issue with keeping him / long term relationship.

So you need to be careful about how he treats you.

But if the communication is mutual, and your getting back what you put in.

Then yeah, easy money for you.

He already thinks your hot, probably worried about you being offended by his advances as your younger.

It is possible he might be hesitant because of 7 years difference. It is actually difficult to differentiate between a girl who is friendly and a girl who is giving you green lights.

So I'd suggest you say something along the lines that boys your age are immature or you like more mature guys which is pretty much saying he is in your age bracket.

I think establishing physical touch is important. It is easy to make a a brief touch in acknowledgement of something funny said and ramp up from there.

Are you worried about coming off as naive and capricious?

If that's the case I suppose you could counter signal that and play up how thoughtful you can be.

But really, don't think about "How do I get him?" and instead learn to quietly feel guys out. You start with tepid flirtation, a little compliment here, some remark on a shared interest, and see how he reacts.
