I had a very close guy friend (we were SO into each other but I was way too young so nothing ever happened) who used to burst into song in public or grab me and dance or holler across the quad for me as if we were trapped in a Broadway musical with Sinatra and Kelly. It was really embarrassing but kind of sweet also. It wasn’t till about a year ago that he realized I wasn’t as young as he’d thought… he could have just asked my folks to talk me out and life might have been way different today.


I laughed when he said that and told him I think we all turned out just fine. We each have our fabulous families now and really what else was there? 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
