When he’s talking to someone else and is looking at you like he’s staring into your soul. When you catch him staring at you from across the room and when you catch him, he doesn’t look away. You talk to him up close and he leans in but doesn’t make eye contact. His hand brushes your thigh when he’s sitting next to you but he doesn’t move it away.
