I don't think you need to take anything special into account. If she's already posting photos like this publicly and then sending you more, it doesn't necessarily mean she likes you. Some people like attention, and it can be easy to mistake that for flirting. If she were clearly interested, she would have shown it in other ways. Don't worry about it too much.
