Well more then likely she’s flirting with you but if you’re married just say thanks and DO NOT entertain it. If she keeps pushing boundaries tell her to stop and if she continues contact HR it could be considered harassment.

Calling you handsome isn’t sexual harassment just like calling someone pretty isn’t because it’s not sexual. But if she says anything sexual document it and report it. As well as communicate with your wife about what’s happening
