Does the quiet pilot at work like me?

There’s a quiet guy at my job. He’s flies the station helicopter. there's him and I think he’s late 20s or so ( I’m 24 ) and then there’s another older pilot. The older pilot will always ask people to fly with him just because I don't know if they need to have someone in the helicopter with them sometimes or to take a ride just for fun. The quiet guy is kinda friends with some of the other reporters and photographers at the station but keeps to himself. He sits at the same desk with me blocked off by a computer and doesn’t usually talk to me. There’s reporters or photographers or producers nearby that he talks way more with ( when he talks at all ) yesterday he sat down and maybe like half an hour later no one was really around ( reporters, photographers and maybe like one producer ) and he called my name and softly was like “Hey Allison, have you ever flown on the helicopter before?” And I looked at him and smiled and said I hadn’t and he was like “do you want to fly with me tomorrow?” And I was like “I I think I have to watch the desk but we can go at night” And he was like “are you on the desk at night? Do you need to watch it?” And I was like “no it’s ok Todd can watch it” and I laughed and he smiled and I gave him some flirty eye contact and he looked at me back and he said “ok cool… it’ll be fun”
Today it was raining and I ran into him and we made eye contact and he was like “Alison, I’m going to have to reschedule.” And he was smiling and I smiled and was like “that’s ok!” And he was like “when do you work again next week? What days” and I told him and he was like “are you here nightside?” And I told him I would be here Wednesday and he was still smiling and was like “maybe we can go then” and I said “yeah sure” casually and was smiling and he was like “or Jeff is flying this weekend ( the other pilot ) you can hop on a flight with him” and I casually was like “yeah either” and then we ended the convo and both smiled and I walked away so I’m confused on him
