I approached her in college and she was exactly my type. I became friends with her and flirted with her a little and she was receptive to my approach. But when I opened up about being serious with her a while later, she said that she isn't thinking about that, and that she feels it's too early and hoped that I'd find someone better. I just respectfully accepted it and told her it's okay and wished her the best.
This was almost a year and a half ago. She still views my stories and said "hi" to me a while back when I used to go to college and she approached me as if wanting to talk, but I didn't initiate like how things used to be. I just cut her off with no official talk since the rejection. I just smiled and kept things respectful.
But now, it's been a long time, I had a thought about reigniting things just casually. Is it ever okay to do that?
