I’d say stop waiting around and make a move, be it asking for his social media so you can message him there or just ask for his number. I know, you probably don’t want to and have all sorts of reservations about it, but if you’re expecting him to overcome his shyness to make a move then you should have the same expectations for yourself. Even if you’re not sure how he feels about you, you already know how feel about him, so be brave and do something about it.

You don’t. You speak up. Women always complain that men don’t communicate but when it comes to things like this you hint around. Then you get mad cause he doesn’t pick up on the hints. Yet women say they’re better communicators. Just tell him.
