I’m really attracted to smart girls. How do I impress them? ?

Girls who are experts in fields like physics, mathematics, computer engineering and who can think deeply are my favorite. But the problem is, they don’t like me. How can I make them like me?

If you want to have a smart girl you need to have a proper conversation. Same way a girl can attract a smart guy. Smart people tend to be bored easily of superficial topics. My ex is smart and I met her because she posted a riddle online, I was the one to solve the riddle and that got her attention. We started talking and discovered we were very compatible and were able to have a conversation on topics she wasn't able to have with others.

So if I take myself as an example since I don't think this is going to be a gendered thing, if people DM me on this site without a topic to talk about or a really bad topic to talk about I get bored extremely easily and we'll probably never DM again. I've had DM's for example where all she could say is that she enjoyed going to the mall. That starves me of any good followup question and even if I try hard with something like "What do you enjoy about it?" the answer can't be anything but generic to the point I have nothing to say about it. And then I don't bother.

But other people even if I have nothing in common with them have absolutely no issue in getting a conversation to go deep. They either come with a good topic, or they are easy going to the point where its easy to deep dive with them on any topic. Those are the ones I enjoy talking to.

And I bet for a smart girl that is what she is looking for to, someone who can truly capture her mind and engage in something stimulating rather than the same dull topics over and over again.

I wouldn't try to impress 'smart girls' in any way, regardless of your own level of intelligence.
That's not a good look for anyone, man or woman.

You've not spoken of your own cognitive abilities, so I have no way of knowing how you may stand in comparison to them in that regard.

Be yourself, that's what you have.
Easier said than done sometimes, especially maybe at your declared age.

Some young folks have great capacity for insight and understanding for who they are.
Some don't.

Before retiring, I worked at a large suburban public school district.
I'd occasionally see essays posted on bulletin boards, displayed as examples of great insight by students who were possibly 15 to 17 years old.

I'd be amazed by some of their writings.

Most were by female students.
Surprise, surprise.
Not.

Then, I'd see the sophomoric shenanigans that would go on in the cafeterias at lunchtime, mainly by boys.
Again, no surprise there.
Lol.

Do you have any interests that may be offered to be shared with others?
Do you have true interest in any topics that they may be into?
Or is what you're experiencing simply lust, packaged as appreciation for smart girls?

I'm just throwing possibilities out there for you to consider.

There aren't any smart girls on here, so you're barking up the wrong tree. In general just be playful and funny. Women that have to be serious a lot with all sorts of detail oriented work just need to be broken free of all of that with humor. That's all there is to it. Being responsible for being smart all day long can be stressful, so whatever you can do to cut the tension is going to make you fun to be around. Don't take yourself too seriously.
