So I locked eyes with this girl and a few days later i run into her again. Its me her and 2 other guys talking by the bar and she makes a comment to me which i replied 'you know me so well 🙂" while touch her armand she laughed nervously. Did i offend her and must i apologize? I tend to keep my hands to myself

It depends on how she laughed. If she likes you or could have made her nervous on a good way I’d she doesn’t probably bad. It means something though she had a reaction.

Girls don’t like being touched by guys they don’t know 💁🏻‍♀️and to me guys always want something from you and it’s usually sex, especially being at a bar drinking… so maybe don’t touch people and instead keep a respectful distance while keeping your hands to your sides unless she initiates like a hug or wants your help with something and gives you permission to touch her 🙂
