there was a message from stranger ask me bunch of question. He follow me back after I follow him and ask about if I go to the same school ask him. And then follow up how do found his profile and then stop. I have to ask him and he answer me and it took more than an hour to reply and he sound friendly and interesting but low mood and energy. I don't know what to do , I mean he cute and I want to talk to him but I don’t know his purpose and when I ask him he did reply and ask question but sound like a little flirty to I can feel his voice through the message!

Cute looks aren’t everything, it’s very strange for this random guy to message you and start asking so many questions. I would either delete or block, you are most likely not the only woman he has contacted anyway.

Or sending voice messages.
Then move to video call.

When feeling safe enough, you could propose to meet at a public place like a park or so.

Just see if he tries to pull back or if he agrees with those steps.
