I work as a nurse. There are 100 nurses working there so were big unit. One of the doctor that I work with said at the end of the day that my consultations to him were good and that I made his work easier that day. Same day he said to another colleague nurse and a doctor: who knows her? She’s really good at her work. Her consultations are good”

i understand good feed back are normal but why say who knows her?

No, it could just mean he's acknowledging your work to other colleagues. Nurses are always underappreciated. I interpret that interaction as him just acknowledging your good work, nothing more than that.

It sounds like he values your good work but may also be interested in you because he asked the others about you. Try to get to know him better if you can to see if he is just being nice or if there is more to it.
