Male coworker acts differently when we talk - Does he like me?

So this man (he is 38, I am 24 and yes lol big age difference) acts around me VERY differently than with others. I was surprised to know he was known as a a 'clown' and 'very lighthearted and humorous' with other coworkers, because he acts extremely serious and his voice is very deep, masculine and low, which is so different than with others. He is not annoyed I'm sure, he loves/likes some of my pictures and messages, in general is quite easy to talk to but the person is very different. Does he try to pursue me with this behaviour? I can't deny I'm attracted to that really, but I don't make it visible and I treat him same way as others. What do you think?

There’s a good chance he likes you. Does he show other signs that he likes you? When I like a girl, it’s really obvious.

Since we're remote mostly, there is no much physical signs that I can share with you, but even though we're not in the same team (he's a manager if different department , I'm in other team), he used every chance to call me instead of texting me, and he looks quite honest usually (shares emotions with me, looks kind of heavy and that's weird since he's different with others).
He always 'loves' my initiatives and is supportive-from-afar type

Not sure if he's married, I think he has a child but someone mentioned he's divorced

during downtime try to have some casual small talk about anything and see where it goes lifes too short and age is just a number
