Friendly. I'm too shy to know how to flirt lol but the difference is intention I suppose. To be flirty there is some intention behind it where just being friendly I feel is not really. You either are just being a friendly person or a flirty person trying to win over the person you fancy.

although I am very friendly, I don't really approach people that much either... so must of the time, it does happen the other way, some people will approach me... either at "random" places or, at places and situations in which is more common and "expected" for people to approach one another...

Always friendly. I can't flirt for my life. It's funny because I always make people feel really welcome and part of any group, but I never make anyone think I'm hitting on them. I'm actually afraid of making women uncomfortable and think I'm hitting on them these days. I sometimes give compliments though.

I am pretty much both , but I am more friendly over flirty, which sometimes my friendliness gets confused with being flirty when I talk to girls’ , they will sometimes assume I am flirting with them when really I am not , I am only flirty with a girl that I am really interested in, but otherwise I am just friendly and I enjoy socializing with people.

I’m friendly. The difference is that flirting with someone means you have sexual or romantic interest in them. I don’t have that kind of interest. But I’m still kind to people and treat them with respect, I treat them how I would want to be treated.

Neither. I'm generally best described as cool quiet and polite. Friendly really depends on if I want you to keep talking or move on. Flirty is even rarer, I've seen something in you that appeals to me and I want to know more.

The difference is nice as being polite, respectful, and friendly saying nice things. Flirty is building somebody up, complementing them on their looks, which women like that it flatters them that kind of cute stuff. Sometimes people can play a joke flirting.
