Phone if it's time sensitive or a lot of back and forth that would go faster. Text/chat when there is no rush and I can get to it when I get to it.

Phone calls. I only use text messages to ask simple stuff don't like to talk through text messages.

Face to face is the way to go & if I can’t talk face to face talking over the phone would be my preferred secondary method. As for texting I’m not a texter & I tell people if you have time to blow up my phone call me instead.
