• Synonym for "dabbling"
• Using lover language words on friends

I guess intention kind of counts, if they just make a silly comment about someone looking good but in a kind of naughty way then it’s kind of flirting but not exactly cheating, technically. If it becomes routine then it’s getting dangerously close to emotional cheating in my opinion.

Depends on the context. If he just says she’s looking beautiful, then eh I wouldn’t be too happy about it but if it’s a one time thing and they barely see each other then I’m not making a scene out of it either lol… if he tells her she’s “sexy” then I still wouldn’t see it as cheating (technically) if it was a one time thing but I’d still feel pretty upset and just ask him not to repeat it because I don’t find it appropriate.

oh nah. I don’t believe in that “harmless” flirting when you’re in a committed relationship. Sure its not physically cheating but it can be disrespectful and lead to problems. Every relationship has different boundaries but for me nah I’m not okay with it

To me personally, it doesn't work that way.
It doesn't even cross my mind to do that while being in a relationship, therefore it is fair for me to expect the exact same thing from the other person.

I think is normal for people to compliment each other once in a while. It doesn't automatically mean people do it in a flirtatious way or have second intentions about it.

Sounds like opening a door to me, compliments on appearance should always be considered with intention, unless in specific situations where they are trying to make someone feel better about their appearance and the appearance is the topic of the conversation

If it's not real flirting, like it's to be silly or playful, it can be fine. But real flirting is unacceptable.
