I also asked him something and he gave me a confused gaze that lasted a few seconds before he answered and had a smile like he was holding back laughter, before handing him his bags and he said “ I appreciate u”

This reminds me of that one time I was crossing the street, and a car actually stopped for me.. driven by this sweet middle aged lady. Instead of a normal 'thank you,' my brain decided to go rogue and I casually dropped an 'I love you.' Pure reflex. Or brain fog. Honestly, your guess is as good as mine. Her husband or boyfriend, or random guy she picked up, no clue.. was sitting in the passenger seat, leaned over with the most deadpan expression, and goes, 'I love you too, big guy.' We all lost it 😂. So yeah, what happened with you was almost certainly just a harmless, friendly moment. Don't read into it.. trust me, we've all had our 'why did they or I say that?' moments.

Aren’t women supposedly better communications? Aren’t they supposedly emotionally intelligent and men aren’t? I don’t get why just about every woman on here thinks just cause a man does something he’s flirting. Holy smokes he farted in my face does that he me likes me lol

I don't think it's that serious... not unless he was flicking his toungue at you and rubbing his junk while he said it. Women could say that to me all day long and it wouldn't trigger that "she wants the D" thought at all.
