So I go to this restaurant a lot to eat, there is this girl that works at the front counter and seats people too. but I noticed when I walk in a group of the girls that work there gather and talk and look at me and smile, including her. I walked out and the girl that works at the front was talking to a girl that works there. and the girl at the front lowers her gaze smiles and said bye. The following time I went she randomly asked "What's your name?" the next time when she sat me down she started a small random convo with me. but two other girls from the restaurant come over and talk to me, they seem interested too. What's going on?

Haha it's possible they all like you, or at least think you're cute...or they're bored and just being friendly...but I'd bet they think you're cute if they are paying you special attention :)

Depends, how often do you go there? Either way, take a shot and chat her up to see if she's interested.
