Ok... depending on the concert you're going to... please don't risk your body or life. If there's gonna be a mosh pit, don't even think of going all dollish, you'll get lost in the crowd anyway and get bruised. It's not a runway, it's a concert. So first of all, I'd say -be comfortable. No heels, please. Probably you can get something nice to wear, sequins always draw people's attention and they're nice (but avoid looking like a Christmas piñata). Bright/shiny/lace tights or leggins are always cute, worn under some denim or black shorts. Make up?... It'll run. Hair? Again, be comfortable, don't get it caught somewhere.
Wear shiny outfits! At one concert, these girls wore different colored shiny tops (red, gold, silver...)
Sure you can stand out! But if you want to increase the chances of a guy coming up to talk to you, do excuse yourself from your friends at times. :)
