Guys, do you think that when you like a girl, you say their name a lot in conversation?

guys that do that have no real character or experience and are merely following through on some pointless dating advice they got from so homogenous/plastic answers page. Women hate it when a guy doesn't remember their name, but guys also hate this from women.

TRUST, LOYALTY and RESPECT, these are the three things I value above all as a man and they are my primary currency when dealing with women. A guy that keeps using your name thinks he is tricking you into liking him or showing you the respect you demand but really what he is proving is that he has no ability to think for himself and less imagination and character. Once a man and woman become a "couple" they hardly use each others' names unless they want something from the other or are fighting with/scolding the other, when contented they revert/regress to "pet names" when in a relationship, honey/baby/sweetheart/darling and etc.

Personally it would drive me mad if a woman used my name in every sentence or paragraph while conversing and I would quickly think she is just damaged goods or outright nutty.

I use peoples names a lot, with some people. I tend to use someones name a lot when I first learn it because I have trouble remembering names, LOL. Other than that, I use a persons name a lot when I'm being sincere, which usually precludes that I like them. Unless I very sincerely hate them, ahaha...

When I like a girl I tend to use their name in a conversation... like when I say hi to them I usually say their name along with the greeting. To be honest, I never really realized this until now... haha, thank you!

No, in fact I barely mention who I like because I don't want her to catch wind of it yet; however, I am constantly thinking about her so it kinda looks like I spaced out in the middle of class.

no, using her name is too formal. Unless I'm turning the conversation serious, I usually don't use her name. Sometimes I make up funny names to call her, like (to a white girl) my "little african princess" (she got a slight tan over vacation)

In my opinion this is not true. When my friend got fustrated with me over the phone he used my name because he wanted me to pay attention. And no he doesn't like me he didn't even want to date me
