well maybe I should just giving some more details..

its more like..

he sent message to me

"lets hang out ... I think you are cool.. I think you are neat.."


just I'm not 100% sure what does he means by you are neat means

hes probaby just saying you're cool. or in the literall sense, as in organized, if you were doing anything that made him say that (eg cleaning up or putting something away)

its more like he's asking me where is my destination next (my job I need to travel alot)

so he was saying I should come over to his next destination with him, and hangout etc
