Does anyone else wish they had never met their crush/ crushes?

I was so into him and also this other guy at college too. Both major crushes of mine! One of them totally treated me like I didn't exist, acted like he was better than me, like he didn't even need me etc he would ignore me when I said hello :(. The other guy was just as bad, always giving me the cold shoulder and trying to make me jealous but at least this guy would sometiems say hello and speak to me.

Actually come to think fo it they both were really similar, giving me the cold shoulder and always trying to make me jealous, very odd!

I had a similar experience with a crush I had on this guy one semester..He sat behind me every class session and we never talked but I liked him so much even Stevie Wonder could see that I liked this guy. We made eye contact a few times during that semester and had times when we were inches away from each other and the chemistry was unbearable (which was ironic because the class was chemistry). After the semester I regretted not finding out his name and told myself that I wouldn't see him again.

This was going well into the next semester till I saw him come around a corner while I was sitting on the floor with my friend. I saw him and my eyes didn't leave him at all. He stood a few feet in front of me and he was looking around then he met my eyes and his expression could have made me scream for joy. He looked at me and his eyes widened like he recognized who I was and we held this contact till he looked down turned around and went back around the corner without looking back. You would have thought I fell in love with the dude lolz. After that I vowed to find out his name and came up with plans and back-up plans and even practiced how I would approached him.

Well all that went down the drain when I was standing by the same spot I saw him. My back was turned and the minute I looked up, he zoomed passed me. All I could do is form my mouth into an "o" because he walked so fast I couldn't say anything. What made it more frustrating was the he looked back a little bit, held my eyes for a second and kept going. After that I never saw him again and wished that I never would.

i've never regretted meeting a crush until this last one...but I don't think I can even consider it just a crush haha. I liked him, he knew, I told him several times. he liked me, I knew, he told me several times. we talked all the time and I grew really close to him. he did care about me but it wasn't at all the same as how much I cared about him. and I think he meant more to me than I meant to him. it was really messy and complicated despite the happiness I did have. and it ended in a trainwreck with only me being heartbroken left to pick up the pieces.

some days I feel regret & wish none of it had ever happened...but some days I'm glad I''ve had the experience despite the heartache. he was the only guy that has ever said I'm beautiful, he is the only guy that has liked me as more than a friend, and he is the only guy that has said that I deserve happiness and so much more out of life. and for that I'm thankful. in addition, I've learned what I actually want in a guy from realizing what he wasn't (and therefore why I got upset with him) and I think that will prove helpful in the future when I actually date and have my first real boyfriend.

Yes I do but then again I don't, lol...it's bittersweet...but be careful, if in the end it's not what you wanted or fantasized to be then it could hurt like a ice cold dagger straight through the heart...be wise!

Kind of. The difference is that mine has been a dear friend who's gone out of her way to help me on many occasions just because she's that kind of person. I guess she'll never just never feel exactly the same way I feel about her, which sucks considering how much fun we have together, how much we think alike, and how much we have in common. You can't have everything you want in life, though, right?
