What does it mean when a guy says, "I'm glad you found me"?

I added a guy that I liked (but only met once at a party) on Facebook and messaged him saying hi.

At the party he seemed really interested in me but he was very shy. He would look at me, mimic me, smile, laugh etc. We didn't talk much though.

so I decided to add him through one of my contacts who has him too.

He responded with, "hi! I'm very good. I'm glad you found me!lol"

Does this mean anything or is he just being nice?

If I keep the conversation going on is it likely he'll continue to respond if he is really interested?

Cause at the party he seemed really into me, and I reciprocated. I Just want to come off as too desperate for attention since we only met once.

He's 30 and I'm 21.

What should I do?

Wait, so he responded "I'm glad you found me!".. What don't you understand about that? o.O He's obviously glad you found him, why do we girls have to complicate things by over-analyzing simple sentences? :D
