Why doesn't my ex want to see me or have sex?

Me and my ex have been broken up since April and I can't seem to get over him...in August we spoke on the phone and he told me he would call me wen he went home and he didn't so I popped up at his door. He was very unhappy to see me even though we haven't seen each other in 4 months except once through web cam. He let me in but had a attitude and asked me why am I here...I started to cry he was ignoring me didn't want to even hug me and playing with his cell phone when I snatched it I seen another girls picture I started to scream and that's when he proceeded to kick me out saying I had to leave he is going to get his mother. He gave me money for a cab wen we got to the cab he didn't want to hug me goodbye after I begged a couple of times he finally hugged me I saw a tear fall out his eye then we started to kiss and he stopped because he said he didn't want to lead me on. He ask if I wanted to go see his family I said yes. He dropped me off with them everybody was happy to see me they said they wanted us to be together and everyone loves me. He was coming back and fourth but kept asking me when I'm leaving. He left an me and one of his family members started talking and I was told he is dating another female and she is a ex stripper and he brought her around his family but no one likes her. I was hurt but I left. I met a guy and we took pictures like a couple and I put them on my social network and he called me going crazy (he does not know that I know about his new chick) and asked me to take them off now and asking me questions like when he gets his new house am I gonna move in with him, tell my new boyfriend I have a family emergency and come over and spend the weekend with him. Like a fool I took the boys picture off and once I started actin like I wanted to spend the weekend he started making up excuses. I asked him for sex and he gave me the run around and said he would next week. I became annoyed, so the next day I noticed he wasn't calling so I put on my social network I'm going on a date. He called me immediately and was mad and Asked if I'm on a date why are we speaking I told him I was just returning his phone call then I hung he text me and said to call when I come home I said OK but I didn't so he called me later on and listen to me say hello and my background but didn't say a word so I hung up... I know it's mind games because he says thing like your gonna always be mine, you can't have a boyfriend , if we're not married when we get older and you marry some one else you will still be mine...but he doesn't say anything about seeing me, working things out or having sex and I'm most confused about the sex thing like what guy doesn't want to have sex with a girl they already been with before ? Is there something wrong with me?
