Guy leads girl on, guy rejects girl, and guy starts ignoring girl. Why?

I told this guy I liked him after 2 months of dating. No sexual contact. No sex. He told me he liked me but he wasn't ready for a relationship since he had other priorities before he wanted to start anything with anyone. So I told him that it was fine and I still wanted to be friends. He said everything was cool too. But then after, he just started ignoring me and my texts. So obviously he wasn't fine with going back to friends...

Why? I usually thought it was girl rejects guy and guy ignores girl or vice versa but I don't understand a guy rejecting a girl and he ignores girl as well.

This happened one month ago, this whole "I like you reveal." I actually texted him yesterday just to see if he would reply, and he did which means he still has my #.

As for this dilemma, he might be thinking that you're out of his league. Something might have happened that made him lose attraction to you. His family might not be able to accept you for who you are. His friends might disapprove of you. The society might laugh at him when he will be officially with you. Problems, problems, and this are where great relationships are molded.

If you can give him time, and sitll pursue him, then do so.

You might be risking everything for him.

If I were you, literally if I were you, I would move on, go home, and play Dark Souls.

he just told you that he wasn't nothing serious and he knows you want that so he is not interested in just being cool altho he said that he really just doesn't want to hurt your feelings but since he sees your not easy, he moved on. he wants to have sex now with no strings attach and your obviously a relationship type of girl because you haven't went there with him and don't just to keep him because you'll end up feeling used. So this is a good thing. Make them respct you and the ones that are ready for something real with a woman will not reject you unless they just wasn't feeling you much mentally.
